Services module
The services module is used to schedule and manage regular tasks at locations. Step-by-step instructions for task planning are available in the Plan tasks in locations section. This reference section provides a list of the Service settings.
To view and manage services, go to the Settings at the top of the page.

- Service ID
- The service identifier (generated automatically).
- Service name
- The name the service.
General
- Service code
- Group code
- The invoicing code for an external system.
- Service report
- Service type
- The type of service used for searching and filtering services. To create a new type, click Edit.
- Service group
- The service group. Web users can be given rights to manage specific service groups, for example, depending on the company department. To create a new group, click Edit.
- Comment 1
- Service description for information purposes.
- Comment 2
- Service description for information purposes.
- Icon
- The service icon to display in the app (JPG or PNG file). The icon size depends on the phone model: 72x72 px suits most Android phones but other phones may require a different size.

Options
- Input type

- Init value

- Scheduled task
- If the service is scheduled, in other words, has to be performed regularly. As the user performs the service for the first time and reports it via the app, the next service is scheduled and added to the Location calendar and the Employee calendar.
- Invoiced
- If the customer should be invoiced for the service. This property is included in the service report.
