Manage employee onboarding

Reslink platform features the People management app that helps you manage your company staff:

• Sign employment contracts in the app. Fill in the employee onboarding form and put the signatures in the app. You will receive the PDF version of the contract to your email. All employee information is saved to the Employee card page in the web service.

• Have training assigned to employees automatically depending on their department and position. Create trainings for certain company departments and staff positions. The employee passes the training and fills in the app form. The list of assigned and passed training is shown in the Employee card.
