Install apps

If you install the app for the first time and there is no streamer for it in the Reslink web service, System > Streamers, you should create a streamer. To do this:

1. Create a phone record in the Reslink web service (Define > Phones). Fill in the Phone name and ID and the Phone number:

   

2. Go back to the Define > Phones page, select the record and click Send.

   

As a result, a streamer is created in System > Streamers. You can use it to send the app download link to the mobile device.

To send the download link to the mobile device:

1. Go to System > Streamers in the Reslink web service. Select the streamer with the app you want to install (the Application name field), and the right operation system (the Phone model field). Get the download link using one of the methods:

   • Open the link in the pop-up window (). You can copy the link and distribute it, for example, via email.

   • Read a QR code to open the link on the mobile device ()

   

2. Get the app download link to the mobile device (either by email or by reading a QR code) and tap Install the Application. Confirm the download and tap Open and Install.

   

The app is installed. Now you can log in and use it.
