Plan tasks in locations

Reslink platform automatically schedules tasks in location to be carried out by employees. For example, if an employee has to complete a task at location once every 7 days, the scheduling engine adds it in the web calendar for you to see. All you need to do is specify the task frequency. Then you can track if the tasks were completed and view statistics.

The scheduling engine allows a time window for the location visit, for example, within 5 days before and 5 days after the scheduled date. The window size set for your company by the platform administrator. f

The visit dates can be fixed or floating:

• Fixed dates are counted at certain intervals from the first visit, for example, every 30th day.
• Floating dates are counted from the last visit made. For example, if the visit was made a bit earlier than scheduled (but still within the time window), the next one is calculated from the actual visit date.

This option is also set for your company by the platform administrator.
