Set up a fixed terminal

With the fixed terminal solution, the employees clock in on the device installed at the office. They check in by entering the PIN code and taking a photo to prove their identity. To start tracking employees' attendance:

  1. Make sure you have set up:

    • Locations where you place the devices.
    • Users.
    • For each employee, enter the employees' PIN code as the User ID and make sure that the Timezone is correct.
    • Create the user account for the TNA app. Assign it to its User group, for example "Device", to be able to filter it from the users view in the future.
    • Phones for the devices you are going to place at the work locations.
  2. Send out the user PIN codes to the employees (PIN codes are the same as the user IDs).

  3. Install the TNA app on the devices.

As the users check in and out, the real-time data is sent to the Reslink web service. You can view it on the Reports > Clock in/out report page.
