Track assets

Reslink Asset management solution allows you to keep track of your company's assets, that is equipment, materials, spare parts and so on. Make a list of your assets in each storage place (stock), mark asset transfers in the app or the web service and have up-to-date information about your inventory at any moment.

Tracked and untracked assets

Assets can be tracked or untracked. Tracked assets have a unique serial number that lets you track individual items (for example, each pump or electric generator). The serial number can be entered by the user or passed to the Reslink database from the external system. Untracked assets don't have a serial number and are tracked only by quantities. This can be useful, for example, in case of spare parts, such as screws.

Stocks

A stock where the assets are stored can be related to the site, location or user.

Site-based stocks may be, for example, larger warehouses.
Location-based stocks are linked to locations, for example, smaller storages.
User-based stocks are kept by an employee.
