Manage guarding rounds
The Round management solution for security businesses helps you manage patrolling. Set out rounds – tasks to patrol a certain area within a certain time. Guards can view rounds in the Round management app. The guard starts a round, checks out the route, scans NFC tags at the checkpoints and reports back via the app. You can view the data about the current rounds online, receive notifications and round reports.
Round route
A round takes place at a certain site that includes several locations – these are the spots the employee has to check out on the route.
Proof of visit
To receive proof that the employee visited the location, NFC tags are used. As the user scans a tag, you can see the visit information in the Reslink web service (the user name, timestamp and location name).
Timing
Most commonly, patrolling is planned – meaning, rounds are appointed for certain time. For example, there can be morning, afternoon, evening and night rounds around the site. You can set up notifications for mobile users to start a round, and alarms to receive a message if a round isn't completed on time. Unplanned rounds are more flexible as they can be completed at any time. Therefore, there are no notifications for the mobile users to start the round.
